Valencia Art Deco Tank – 1928-1933 – Fully Engraved Case - Vintage Watch

A rectangular Art Deco tank signed Valencia, almost certainly a private label piece produced for a jeweler and housed in a high-quality American case. The engraving covers every surface, bezel, sides, and lugs, with scrolling leafwork and geometric Deco motifs cut deeply and cleanly, the kind of hand finishing that was reserved for premium production in this era. The case is larger than the typical tank of its time, which gives it a wrist presence and wearability that most examples of this period cannot match.

The dial pairs with it naturally: a warm parchment tone with stylized numerals carrying original lume, a raised and silvered center panel whose texture reads in hand far better than in photographs, a framed small seconds register at six o'clock, and ornate period hands. It is fitted on a Karung lizard strap in a small-scale pattern that complements the dial's aged tones well.

This watch runs intermittently, l it needs a full service. A service purchased for this specific watch will be an additional 250 at the time of purchase.
