You can purchase directly through our website using a credit or debit card at checkout. International buyers over a certain order value will be routed through Escrow.com for added protection, details are shown at checkout.
If you have questions about a specific piece before buying, use our contact form and we'll respond promptly.
Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by brand, reference, movement, or era. You can also browse by category from the navigation menu. Our inventory is updated as new pieces are acquired.
Yes. Every watch we offer has been assessed before listing, and any piece that isn't running is repaired before it goes up for sale. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, you can assume the watch runs.
That said, service history, accuracy, power reserve, and water resistance are not guaranteed unless a watch has been recently serviced by us and noted as such. Vintage movements are decades old, they run, but they may not keep time to modern standards without a full service. On occasion we do list watches in non-running or impaired condition, and those are always clearly described as such.
Yes. If you have a vintage or pre-owned watch you're looking to sell, get in touch via our contact form with photos and any known history. We respond to all serious inquiries.
All orders are shipped once full payment has cleared. Domestic US orders ship via FedEx or UPS with full insurance and signature required, typically 1–3 business days.
International orders ship via FedEx International Priority or DHL, fully insured and with all necessary customs documentation:
Domestic US shipping is calculated by weight and location and will be shown at checkout. For international orders, contact us with the watch you are interested in and your full shipping address for a quote.
We ship via UPS and FedEx for all domestic orders. Every shipment is fully insured at declared value and requires signature on delivery.
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. All carriers provide full tracking from pickup to delivery.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices. They vary by country and are assessed at the time of import.
United States: US Customs calculates duties separately on the movement, case, and bracelet/strap. Historically this has been less than 3% of declared value. The carrier will advance the duty and collect from you at delivery.
For all international orders, please contact us via our contact form with the watch you are interested in and your full shipping address and we will provide a shipping quote and handle all required customs documentation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Shopify's secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.
For international orders over $1,000, we route transactions through Escrow.com, a licensed third-party escrow service that holds payment until the buyer confirms receipt. This protects both parties and eliminates chargeback risk on high-value international transactions.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store card details.
Escrow.com is a licensed, regulated escrow service that holds a buyer's payment securely until they confirm receipt of the item. It protects both the buyer (money is held until they receive the watch) and the seller (payment cannot be reversed after shipment).
For high-value international transactions, this eliminates the risk of credit card chargebacks after a watch has been shipped. The Escrow.com fee is typically split between buyer and seller and is disclosed clearly before checkout.
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security certification. We never see or store your card details.
All sales are final. Vintage watches are sold as described, with condition clearly documented in photos and listing text. We encourage you to review all images carefully and ask any questions before purchasing.
If a watch arrives materially different from its description, meaning something significant was misrepresented, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will work to resolve it.
We do not accept returns based on change of mind, size preference, or general dissatisfaction with vintage condition characteristics (patina, wear, service marks) that were visible in the listing photos.
Every watch is packed professionally and shipped fully insured at declared value. In the rare event of shipping damage, contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos of the packaging and watch. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
Do not discard any packaging materials including bubble wrap and all internal packing, they are required for the insurance claim. Photos of the packaging and watch will also be needed.
Watches that have been serviced by us carry a one-year limited movement warranty covering functional issues under normal use. Labor is provided at no cost for covered issues. This warranty does not cover the case, dial, hands, crystal, pushers, crown, strap, or any cosmetic condition.
The warranty is also void in the event of: impact damage, water damage, magnetism, unauthorized tampering, or misuse.
Watches sold without service disclosure carry no warranty. As with all vintage watches, accuracy, power reserve, and water resistance are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
No. Water resistance and waterproof standards from the 1940s through the 1970s were nowhere near the level of modern standards, and what was considered water resistant then cannot be trusted today. Beyond that, decades of wear leave their mark, pits, scratches, and slight case deformations that further compromise any original sealing. We do not guarantee water resistance in any way and strongly suggest keeping your watch dry. Unless otherwise clearly specified in a listing, assume no meaningful water resistance.
Most vintage watches come to us without documented service records. "Service history unknown" means we cannot confirm when the movement was last serviced or by whom. The watch runs and has been assessed by us, but we make no representation about the internal condition of the movement beyond what we have personally observed. Timing accuracy and power reserve are not guaranteed on any watch without a known service history.
If a watch has been serviced by us, it will be clearly stated in the listing along with the warranty terms.
If you would like a timegrapher reading on a specific watch, or would like to add a service to your purchase, please get in touch. We can service any watch we carry.
