International Purchases
For international orders over $1,000, The Watch Vault uses Escrow.com an independent, licensed escrow service that protects both buyer and seller throughout the transaction. Your funds are held securely until you confirm the watch has arrived and is as described. Only then are funds released to the seller.
Fill out the form with your details and the watch you're interested in. We'll confirm availability and initiate the Escrow.com transaction from our end.
We create the transaction on Escrow.com and send you an invitation by email. You'll review the terms item description, price, shipping, and inspection period before agreeing.
Once both parties agree, you deposit funds into Escrow.com via wire transfer or credit card. Funds are held not released to us until the transaction is complete.
With funds secured, we ship the watch fully insured with tracking. You'll receive tracking information and an inspection period typically 5 days once it arrives.
Examine the watch carefully. If everything is as described, you approve the transaction and funds are released to us. If there's a legitimate dispute, Escrow.com mediates.
Escrow.com fees are paid by the buyer and are separate from the watch price. Fees are typically 2.6% of the transaction value (minimum $50) for transactions under $5,000, and 2.4% (minimum $130) above that. International wire transfers carry an additional $25 fee. Credit card payments add approximately 3.05%. Full fee details are displayed during the Escrow.com checkout process.
